What we do.
How it works.
1. Download the Ywork app and create an account.
2. Select the shopping mall you are in and your preferred car parking slot.
3. Get a Ywork bag from the customer service desk in the shop where you want to start shopping.
4. Add items to your Ywork bag and scan the QR code on the bag and leave it at the checkout counter.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 at each shop you want to shop at.
6. Make a single payment for all of your purchases through the Ywork app.
7. A Ywork delivery person will pick up your Ywork bags from all of the shops you shopped at and deliver them to your preferred car parking slot according to your preferred time.
8. Receive your bags and enjoy your shopping!
